This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of MeltingPixels ("I", "me") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit meltingpixels.com (the "Site"). I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting any personal data you share with me.

This Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It does run a small self-hosted page-view counter: when you load a page, it records the page path, the referring site, your browser's user-agent string, a general device type, and a random session identifier kept in your browser's sessionStorage for the duration of your visit. The counter's records do not include your name or email, and the counter does not store your IP address.

How I Use Your Information

The information you submit through the contact form is used solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiry or message
  • Communicate with you about a potential project or collaboration

I will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

The contact form on this Site is processed by Web3Forms, which receives and forwards your form submission to my email. Web3Forms processes data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

This Site also loads the following external resources:

  • Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) - for typography
  • GSAP (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) - for page animations
  • Supabase - database hosting for the Site's self-hosted page-view counter

These services may collect standard web request data (such as your IP address) as part of delivering their resources. Refer to their respective privacy policies for details.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained in my email inbox for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our communication; they are not stored in any other system. Page-view counter records contain no direct personal identifiers and are kept for traffic analysis.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to any personal data I hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for future communications
